Supporting Your Journey

One day at a time.

These are here for anyone who needs support beyond this app. Day by Day Steps is not affiliated with any group — it is a simple mindfulness companion, and each of these places has its own kind people and its own way of living one day at a time.

If you have been hurt or frightened — as a child, or as an adult — there are gentle places here for that too, and people who know how to take one day at a time alongside you.
